Job Description : Regional Head of Commercial Finance and Pricing BANGKOK THAILAND Said role is open to expatriate candidates This role offers the opportunity to partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive significant business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading price strategy, analytics, planning, and execution across the Asia, Middle East and Africa region. As the Regional Head of Commercial Finance and Pricing, you will drive significant business outcomes. Build pricing strategy with partners to support sustainable and profitable growth of the business Develop deep market understanding, shape go-to-market strategy, determine product positioning using value-based models Drive sales by segments, maintain and develop data analytics and dashboards to manage performance Lead Pricing Organisation to set product and customer level prices and execute deals in line with annual budgets and long-range plans Partner with region sales teams to achieve price results Own all price approval processes, including rebate programs, price guidelines and promotional pricing Run Pricing Council for the Region and coordinate with other global price teams You will bring a wealth of experience in pricing, planning, finance or business analytics. Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field Master Degree is preferred Minimum of 10 years work experience in pricing, planning, finance or business analytical Excellent analytical skills including database and business process automation Strong business acumen ERP proficiency Good communication and interpersonal skill
