Job Description : FMCG PRODUCTION MANAGER MALAYSIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead their operations in Johor Bahru. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and guidance within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives, managing a team according to standards, policies and procedures, and overseeing all people development functions. As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company's operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of the production process, from raw material supply to packaging operation. You will manage a large team, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills while also controlling budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in directing the operations team towards achieving key production KPIs. Lead operation activities from raw material supply until packaging operation Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas within the team Manage and control department operation budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities Direct the operations team to achieve desired production KPIs through best practices implementation The ideal candidate for this Production Manager role brings a wealth of experience in factory management within complex industrial operations. With at least 7-10 years of experience under your belt, including 5-7 years in a people manager role, you are well-equipped to lead and inspire a large team. Your strong leadership qualities, coupled with your excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, make you an effective manager. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field 12-15 years experience in factory management/complex industrial operations with 5-7 years in a people manager role Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills English fluency in both writing and speaking
