Job Description : INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR MALAYSIA ( OPEN TO INDIANS) This role is pivotal in managing and securing the company's infrastructure and technology, ensuring operational continuity, and enabling innovation. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the company's technological evolution, developing a resilient technology backbone to support new business models, transform customer journeys & experiences, activate a data-driven enterprise, and enhance process automation & integration. You will advocate for GTI products, aligning regional objectives with CTO priorities. Your ability to act as a strategic liaison will harmonise regional aspirations with the CTO’s mission. You will drive regional performance in infrastructure and operations, including innovation and application continuity. Your expertise in managing technology processes, products, and standards related to the CTO organisation will be invaluable. As a champion of the Agile Framework and delivery model, you will ensure a responsive and adaptive IT environment. * Advocate for GTI products and align regional objectives with CTO priorities * Act as a strategic liaison, harmonizing regional aspirations with the CTO’s mission * Implement the CTO strategic roadmap while ensuring and communicating regional needs * Drive regional performance in infrastructure and operations, including innovation and application continuity * Manage technology processes, products, and standards related to CTO organization * Champion the Agile Framework and delivery model, ensuring a responsive and adaptive IT environment * Collaborate with Regional CIOs, IT Market leaders, and CTO tribe leaders to advance the regional infra & tech agenda The ideal candidate for this Information Technology Director role brings over 15 years of experience in the technology domain. You have showcased your comprehensive understanding of operational IT and technological trends throughout your career. Your expertise lies in infrastructure, IT Operations, and keeping up-to-date with tech trends. You have experience working within Agile Frameworks with a strategic mindset. Your leadership skills are evident through your ability to lead diverse and globally distributed teams. You are a strong collaborator, able to work effectively with global and regional stakeholders. * Over 15 years in the technology domain, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of operational IT and technological trends * Expertise in infrastructure, IT Operations, and tech trends * Experience in Agile Frameworks with a strategic mindset * Ability to lead diverse and globally distributed teams * Strong collaboration skills with global and regional stakeholders
