My client is seeking a visionary General Manager to steer their operations in the vibrant landscape of Thailand’s Oil and Gas industry. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Southeast Asian market. Oversee all aspects of operations, from project management to regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and sustainability. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and local communities. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maintain our competitive edge of business growth, financial performance and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including OHS, environmental and the Group’s policies, and ensuring that all statutory reports and accounts are filed within required timeframes. Succession planning, training and development programs are developed and implemented – you acknowledge that the appointment and/or dismissal of key management staff should be discussed with the CEO. Recommendations on new business strategies and development plans for CEO’s consideration and approval Identifying, justifying, recommending and implementing business plans, forecasts and budgets as agreed with CEO. We're seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success ideally from the the Oil and Gas industry, particularly within the Southeast Asian market. You're a strategic thinker with a passion for driving positive change and a deep understanding of the complexities of the energy sector. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build bridges across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
