Job Description : Country Manager Qualification : Science/Pharmacy Graduate. Post Graduate MBA-Preferred. Location : Colombia Experience : 18 Years Note:- proficiency in Spanish Language must Job Role As part of our further expansion and growth plans we are looking to hire a Country manager , an aggressive and dynamic Marketing Professional who will assume the Overall Sales Marketing & P&L responsibility for our Finished Formulations Business This position is based out of our Colombia office . The Incumbent will be managing the entire team and will report to the India office. Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for, · Complete Business Management · Drive sales in tender and commercial business · Manage the complete operation in country. · Responsible for P&L ,operations and other functions · Developing good rapport with EPS ,LO ,Retail Chains ,Distributor etc · Strategize newer business opportunities · Collaborate internally with India office for stocks and provide regular updates on the business on fortnightly basis · Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping Additional Skills · Strong Leadership Qualities, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and English & proficiency in Spanish Language must . · Strong Sales and BD Skills · Good Proficiency in Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) · Good networking skills
