Job Description : CFO KENYA Nairo Role Purpose To do effective change management in the Company’s Road to digitization (ERP) and the high level of leadership skills to bring the team together to deliver on expansion. Business partner with a strategic and operational focus to drive business short-term and long-term targets. Act as a catalyst to drive business and functional performance and transformation. Link strategic objectives with the financial goals of the business Financial analysis to challenge the business and contribute to decision-making. Your Attributes and Experience Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields. Minimum of 25+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is preferred. ACCA certification is desirable.
