Position Overview: As the CEO , you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving organizational change, and overseeing all aspects of our business operations. Drawing on your extensive experience in the EPC industry, you will guide company in delivering high-quality projects, fostering innovation, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving change transformation within similar organizations and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the EPC sector. Provide strategic vision and leadership to the organization, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the company's mission and values. Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve project delivery, and drive business growth. Oversee all aspects of project management, from bidding and contract negotiation to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and ethical practices, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. Drive innovation and technology adoption within the organization, leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, implementing strategies to optimize profitability, mitigate risks, and maximize shareholder value. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of executive leadership in the EPC contracting industry, with a minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in driving change transformation within similar organizations, delivering tangible results in terms of business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence among stakeholders at all levels. Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, make informed decisions, and drive profitability.
