Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD NIGERIA Salary : Package will be Fixed + Incentives depends upon the sales volume capability of the candidate - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market plans. - Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis. - Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members. - Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Liquor Industry , FMCG, or consumer durable industries. - Strong knowledge of distribution channel sales, retail channel sales, post-paid sales, prepaid sales, internet sales, channel distribution, handling, consumer durables, fmcg sales, fmcg marketing, telecom sales, broadband services, and retail channel sales. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving growth.
