Job Description : VP/GENERAL MANAGER (Fortune 500 Manufacturing)-Las Vegas, NV Must have a degree in Injection molding $400k+ total comp package 1,000+ employee vertically integrated campus who annual revenues are $500M+. Due to a recent divisional promotion/transfer, companyfinds themselves in need of a VP/GM to lead this segment/campus. -Group is profitable (~15% EBIT) with opportunity -Targeting candidate that can improve "complacency" culture (i.e. plant KPI's are "in the green" (not working to improve) -Strong level of financial competence is necessary FULL RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE!
