Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations Managing and leading a diverse team of employees of around 90 people, including hiring, training, and performance management Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality Developing and managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting to optimize revenue and control costs Collaborating with department heads to coordinate and execute resort-wide initiatives and events
