Job Description : National Service Manager - Passenger Cars Salary: OMR 2000 + CAR +Incentives Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Service Manager, to oversee multiple service outlets across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall service operations, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and achieving P&L targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction nationwide. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field. · Minimum of 15 years of experience in automotive service management, with a proven track record of national-level leadership and P&L management. · Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. · Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability. · Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and service management software.
