Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER JEDDAH KSA FOR MARBLE INDUSTRY to oversee the production of the factory, ensuring the efficient and timely production. This role will involve managing a large workforce and coordinating production activities to meet the demand and quality standards. Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet production targets. Supervising a workforce of over 600 employees, including production supervisors, operators, and support staff. Implementing quality control measures to maintain product consistency. Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Experience working in production in a factory with large output. Must have experience working in the marble industry. PMP certification preferred.
