Job Description : Factory Manager Nairobi, Kenya Industry - Edible Oil & Soap/Detergent Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: • Oversee operations, maintain premises, and ensure organization. • Develop and execute factory plans for efficiency. • Monitor and address production issues, guide technical teams. • Coordinate with stakeholders, stay updated on industry trends. • Implement technology for efficiency and quality. • Manage budget, analyze data for cost reduction. • Ensure machine maintenance and energy conservation. • Minimize losses, improve plant efficiency through meetings. • Coordinate with purchase and marketing for production alignment. • Plan inventory and implement quality management systems. • Fulfill additional management-assigned duties. Requirements: Experience - 15+ Years of Experience in Edible Oil/ Soap & Detergent Manufacturing Industry.
