Senior Finance Director

Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR UAE a market leader in environmental services industry are looking for a Senior Director of Finance / CFO Equivalent job role to provide financial advice to the CEO, manage and lead the accounting, banking, treasury, and related functions of the organization. and lead the implementation of the finance strategies in line with the company’s vision, mission, and corporate objectives. that the overall strategy is translated into annual operational business plans and the performance is monitored annually to ensure business plans are aligned with the overall strategy. the preparation and consolidation of the annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans in coordination with corporate guidelines and monitor the financial performance versus the budget while potential performance improvement opportunities are also realized. and present monthly financial performance reports to include financial status, budgets, income, expenditures, reserves and liquidity to facilitate strategic decision making. the company's capital structure, manage and update the resolving periodic cash flow report and, and secure financing as needed to support the organization. compliance with UAE Federal and Corporate Income Tax regulations. Manage internal reporting and regulatory tax filing. Oversee tax planning, transfer pricing and tax optimization initiatives. Manage tax audits (as applicable). all departments with follow up and monitoring of corporate matters and company contracts. with implementation of purchasing/service agreements and negotiations. the effective achievement of functional objectives by setting individual objectives for both the finance and purchasing team members, by managing their performance. the implementation and execution of finance and procurement activities based on Lean management principles and continuous improvement. for all banking activities including liaison, cheque books, transfers, hedging, bank guarantees, fixed investments, etc. have Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional accounting qualification or equivalent (MBA). have CPA or CMA certified preferred. have 12+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation with prior managerial experience, preferably in the energy, environmental, or waste management industries. financial leadership experience, with significant exposure to project finance, is preferred. interpersonal and communication skills financial planning, analytical and strategy skills supervisory and leadership skills.
