Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting consolidated financial statements, liaising with banks, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing strategies to optimise our financial performance, and leading on corporate finance initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic environment. * Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting within the organisation * Prepare and present consolidated financial statements * Liaise with banks and other financial institutions on behalf of the company * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards * Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position * Lead on corporate finance initiatives including significant fundraising activities The ideal candidate for this Vice President of Finance and Accounting role will bring a wealth of experience from a senior finance role within a listed company.
