Finance and Accounting Head

Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING HEAD THAILAND As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our finance and accounting operations. You will demonstrate your proficiency in IFRS reporting while collaborating with our sales team on special deals. Your commitment to compliance will ensure we meet all internal regulations, statutory requirements and deadlines. Your leadership skills will be crucial in supervising our financial planning and forecasting processes. You will also take charge of preparing financial reports and managing their submission on a monthly and quarterly basis. Your analytical skills will be key in ensuring our financial credibility through timely analysis of cash flow budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. Lastly, your strategic thinking will guide us during our annual budget preparation process. Oversee all aspects of Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Financial reporting Demonstrate proficient knowledge of IFRS reporting Collaborate with the sales team on special deals Ensure compliance with internal regulations, statutory, and fiscal requirements and deadlines Maintain a robust system of internal controls to effectively manage company assets, liabilities, revenue, costs, and expenses Supervise financial planning and forecasting processes Oversee the preparation of financial reports Manage the monthly and quarterly submission of financial reports, including actual performance and forecasts to the regional headquarters Ensure financial credibility and cash flow by providing timely and accurate analysis of cash flow budgets, financial trends, and forecasts Lead the annual budget preparation process by reviewing present and future business plans As our ideal candidate for the Head of Finance & Accounting role, you bring exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English. You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and proven experience as a head of accounting or similar role in the Accounting/Finance field. Your significant management experience has given you a track record of leading high-performing teams. You are proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel, and have a strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations. A background in the automotive industry would be advantageous. Above all, your excellent logical thinking skills will be key to your success in this role.
