Lead pre-IPO process and formulate the company's future direction Engage with investors and evaluate investment opportunities Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organisation. You will work closely with your team and other stakeholders in managing budget, reporting, and several initiatives which will include both commercial and financial profit and cash targets. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving the pre-IPO process, formulating strategic directions, implementing fundraising strategies, engaging with investors, and evaluating investment opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing financial and tax strategies that support the company's strategic direction. Formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives Implement fundraising strategies and engage with investors Evaluate investment opportunities and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a regular basis Develop financial and tax strategies that align with the company's strategic direction Spearhead the company’s capital market preparations and initiatives Develop the company’s Investor Relations functions The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings a wealth of experience from the holding company and mining sectors.
