Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA a well-known consumer goods organization with a strong presence in the market. As a public listed company, they are committed to delivering value to shareholders while maintaining a reputation for excellence in their industry. Your Role: As an astute and qualified finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, you will play a pivotal role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will be responsible for leading and directing strategic planning and finance operations within a single country. Your mandate will include aligning the organization's objectives, establishing finance as a cornerstone and culture for all functions, and serving as a trusted business partner for the CEO and key functional heads. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of the finance strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish processes to ensure the integration of different business units and effective reporting to the Board. Financial Management: Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and revenue management. Manage cash flow effectively and identify variances from project plans through metric reporting and analysis of ongoing operations. Corporate Governance: Drive corporate governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Develop a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. Investor Relations: Act as the primary interface with investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies. Provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in earnings calls, and maintain strong relationships with the investment community. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead on mergers, acquisitions, and creation of joint ventures within the country. Conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and ensure successful integration of acquired businesses. Restructuring and Business Ventures: Evaluate the restructuring of business units, conduct due diligence, and play a major role in the acquisition of new businesses. Develop strategies for internal growth and pursue positive business ventures. Must-Have Qualifications: Professionally qualified CA/CPA/CMA with 20+ years of quality experience in the consumer goods industry. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Expertise in financial modeling, business process optimization, ERP implementation, working capital management, treasury management, strategy formulation, business risk evaluation, risk management, and change management. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must have. Experience in presenting to the Board, high degree of intellectual and strategic agility as the organization in on a growth and transformation path and needs a leader who can influence the change and provide strong business partnering. As per the guidelines of the Saudi Government there is a high preference for Saudi Nationals.
