Job Description : Senior Sales Manager ( FMCG ) for a leading Poultry Group based in Kenya Position title : Senior Sales Manager ( FMCG ) Job location : Kenya Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate Experience : 10 to 15 years in FMCG / Animal Feed CTC : Best in the industry Roles : - Responsible for driving animal feed business - Increase market share by penetrating into new territories - Devise pricing strategy - Coordinate with nutrition team to address issues pertailing to feed performance - New product development - Ensure timely collection of overdues - Carryout Market analysis and competitor analysis for effective decision-making - Provide training to team members for optimum performance Desired Qualification / Experience / Skills : - Graduate / Post-Graduate ( Agri Business Management is an added advantage ) - 10 to 15 years of sales experience in FMCG / Animal Feed / Agri industry - Advanced inter-personal skills - Advanced networking skills - Good communication skills ( oral and written ) This position offers excellent career growth prospects and challenging work assignments.
