Job Description : REGIONAL COUNTRY MANAGER EAST AFRICA FOR PHARMA 15-20 years experience African experience mandatory The Country Manager leads and oversees the identification, development, appraisal, approval and implementation of Public Sector projects. The position contributes to the development of policies and strategies in the portfolio-countries and supports the achievements of the regional and departmental objectives and targets. The Country Manager is responsible for identifying and recommending options and solutions for the optimum deployment of financing resources in the portfolio-countries, including the development, implementation and monitoring of country operational strategies and business plans. Working together with the Regional Director, the Country Manager also leads and oversees relations with the portfolio countries and other relevant partners. Led the gamut of Operations of the whole region Monitored & Analyzed Sales analysis report, Identifying FSS & primary sales GAP and defining future actions. Data Management of Dispatch, Sales in terms of Primary and Secondary country sales for all the Latin region and analyzing the same for the business planning, preparing the yearly sales budget and marketing budgets Executed & Availability Order Execution, Inventory Planning at subsidiary level & at distributor level, timely execution of Order in terms of production, Logistics & dispatch to the respective countries Managed Distributors including issue handling, keeping in regular updates from country, working out business prospects and converting them into sales, Developing cordial relationship and ensuring customer and distribution satisfaction Supporting Activities other routine task like co-ordination with factory, solving technical problems, sending countries requirement of samples, coordinating with legal department of finalization of distributor agreements, issuing of power of attorney & Intellectual Property Rights Deploying Sales and Revenue Models as per company strategy with Registered Products Coordinating closely with Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Food & Drugs Administration, Intellectual Property Office, Department of Health, Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Immigration, Pharma association, bodies and societies as part of public relations to enhance the business opportunities of the company
