Deputy Operations Director

Job Description : Deputy operations Director for Kenya. Applicants should be from India Lead and manage the Operation team - Operation & Maintenance of Network to achieve SLA & KPI - Competence Development of team - Customer Interface management and participate in Customer review - Contract Management - Quality Management - Recruitment and Performance management of team - Prepare cost budget and cost manage cost as per budget - Set up the Operation process - Manage all reporting including exclusion Management - At least10+ years of Experience as operation Manager of Network having more than 4000 Sites having both 2G /3G/4G/5G - Through understanding of Operation Process both field FLM & NOC - Project Management of Wireless NW - Overall knowledge of SLA / KPI measurement and analysis - Good knowledge of GSM and WCDMA NW Elements Basic Skill Requirement : - Leadership skill - People Management skill - Good Communication skill - Technical knowledge of Transmission ( NEC Microwave Radio, ZTE DWDM, Alcatel Lucent Microwave Radio) and RAN preferably Nokia or Huawei system - IT skill in MS office like words, excel and power point Academic Qualification : - Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
