Job Description : Production Supervisor - Injection Moulding Production Department Location: Dubai, UAE Qualifications: Diploma in Cipet/Plastic (mandatory) 4-8 years of experience in a similar role Good knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine operation and maintenance Experience in production scheduling and planning Supervisory skills and production management capabilities Effective communication skills Working understanding of production drawings Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, especially for panel processing machines Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality management Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions Train new employees on machine operation and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance Maintain accurate production records and reports Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Salary: 4000 Dubai Dirham (equivalent to 80,000 INR) Net Saving
