Senior Finance Manager

Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Finance professional to join our dynamic mining company. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations, strategies, and reporting for the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate financial information, compliance with regulations, and support in making informed business decisions to drive the company's growth and financial success. Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Oversee and manage the audit process, liaising with external auditors as necessary. Manage and lead the finance team, `providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts and lenders. Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company. Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team. Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs. Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Conduct financial due diligence on potential mergers and acquisitions. Chartered Accountant Proven experience (12-16 years) as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role, preferably within the mining or natural resources industry. Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
