Senior Manager IT Operations

Job Description : Senior Manager IT Operations We are seeking a dynamic, data driven IT Operations Manager with experience in ERP systems (Oracle EBS) and a passion for digital transformation, automation, AI, and machine learning. In this role, you will lead our IT operations team Oracle EBS /.Net/Web Technologies, driving initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies. Reporting directly to the General Manager of IT, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational objectives and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oracle E Business Suite ERP Operations Management and Optimization: · Oversee the management and optimization of our Oracle EBS ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across departments and business units. · Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ERP environment. · Oversea and manage ERP enhancement projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-implementation support. 2. IT Operations Management: · Lead the IT operations team in day-to-day activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service delivery. · Oversee project management of all IT projects from planning and initiation to execution and closure · Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality standards · Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into IT performance, resource utilization, and efficiency · Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis and performance metrics 3. Digital Transformation Initiatives: · Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions that align with business goals. · Champion the adoption of digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, machine learning, IoT, and cloud computing to drive business innovation and competitiveness. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes and customer experiences. · Develop and execute a roadmap for digital transformation, aligning IT initiatives with strategic business objectives 4. Vendor Management and Relationship Building: · Manage relationships with Oracle and other third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service level agreements. · Evaluate vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. · Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Oracle EBS technology, Digital Transformation ideas, AI/Machine learning etc. providing recommendations for business process enhancements and system upgrades. 5. Team Leadership and Development · Provide leadership and guidance to the IT operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. · Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and identify opportunities for skills development and training. · Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. · Experience and familiarity with ERP modules such as finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing is required · Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, RPA, and IoT, and their applications in business. · Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Suite products · A strong team player, proven team leadership potential · Willing to step out of own comfort zone; Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly Benefits - Family Health Insurance, Yearly Paid trip to home country, 21 Vacation days, Work life balance
