Senior Sales and Markeing Manager

Job Description : SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER KENYA Responsible for driving the Feed business based on the market potential & increase feed sales volumes month on month as per the budgeted numbers. Expand the feed sales business to new regions and territories by inducting the potential Dealers in these geographies. Propose any change in Price Structure, Discount, Incentives etc. to ensure the desired volume and profitability is met. Analyse feed performance based on the consolidated farm performance reports and consult with the Nutrition team to address the issues, if any. Idea generation & sharing information to develop new products. Review the payment collection periodically through the accounts team and the concerned Regional Feed Sales Incharges to ensure timely collection & restrict the overdue, if any. Analyze the distribution cost periodically and ensure the distributions cost are always with in the desired/budgeted numbers. Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their responsibilities. Keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry by effectively networking with internal/external stakeholders for proactive decision-making. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in FMCG , preferably in Feed Sales Ability to guide and direct the team Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal & external stakeholders High on integrity Good Communication skills (verbal & written) Effective networking skills Analytical skills Proven sales record & Excellent Leadership skills Good in English Age with in 45 years
