Regional Vice President Operations

They need a VP of Operations who has led complex plants, farms to pioneer ongoing operational leadership of our highly technical, complex, and leading state-of-the-art facilities. Leading three operations and factories. The first and integrated packaging an distribution factory. The 2nd a major juices factory The 3rd a major new build dairy/ingredients plant Currently a $200M P&L with the new plant to add $400M total revenues to the portfolio. A resilient leader who can manage multi plants, be a hands on sleeves rolled up operator who can lead from the from and drive excellence for the plant managers, technical teams, engineering teams and quality teams. The key priorities for this role include. Champion the dairy industry and plan to operate exceptional growth Provide the operational structure and staff as required to run the plant. Leadership of the ongoing operations, with an integrated approach into our centralized ERP and planning system Advise leadership on strategic manufacturing practices, supply chain strategies, and understanding of global best practices to support a growth-based agenda over the next 1-3 years. Define key Metrics for improved Operations and Supply Chain efficiency along with review mechanisms and regularly report them to relevant functions for better decision-making. Develop a robust road map to deliver enablers/savings. Responsible for overall Team development through regular feedback and periodic performance reviews against set goals. Focus on the quality of the team, training, development, and outputs. A dairy expert who has led farms, and high-volume cows to deliver the best farm-to-table experience to our consumers. The key leadership profile/competencies for this role include. Team Leadership Successful track record of scaling and building a robust manufacturing team. Set key performance standards for the Operations and Supply Chain function and dairy manufacturing's Track record of building strong operations and supply chain teams within dairy. Ability to get things done through others. Coach, develop and mentor. A global operations leader who has worked with the top 20 dairy groups across the globe. Support Strategy Development Recognize the strategic importance of this new facility and its contribution to our future growth. Identify and implement ongoing operational strategy and improvements. Proven experience in delivering savings by identifying a road map and rally the organization to execute. Ability to dive deep where needed on relevant issues. Sound conceptual and strategic awareness/capabilities Sound business acumen and solid Supply Chain & Operational skills Bachelor’s degree in farming, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years experience in managing Operations and Supply Chain functions in a dairy environment. Exposure to fast-paced operations within food manufacturing plants. Exposure to both MNC and privately owned businesses. Comfort rolling up their sleeves and being very hands-on as necessary, as well as the ability to delegate to their teams. A track record managing cultures and diversity. The Package $250,000 - $270,000 + 20% Bonus = LTIP
