Job Description : SHOP MANAGER NIGERIA Candidate must have minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience as Roll shop Manager or Incharge. B.Tech / BE in Mechanical is Mandatory ( Diploma Candidates are not preferred for this role) He should be handling the roll shop and have experience of Maintenance in long product hot rolling like bar mill / Wire rod mill and worked in maintenance of Hydraulics, pneumatic, EOT crane, pump house etc . Job is Based in Nigeria on Bachelor Status ( No family Status) Reporting to Rolling Head. Benefits:- Fixed USD per month (includes local allowances/ Personal Expenses ) but excludes tax, accommodation, transportation, medical and insurance benefits. A part of it will be paid in Naira as Local Allowances on monthly basis. Entitled to the yearly increment and PLB (performance-linked bonus) as per the prevailing practices in the Group. Furnished Bachelor accommodation. Electricity/rent shall be borne by the company. A maid will be provided by the company, but a DTH subscription, groceries, provisions, fruits, and vegetables will be to your cost. Company Vehicle Bachelor Status ( No Family Status ) Salary will be paid on monthly basis for the initial 3 months and subsequently, it will be disbursed on a quarterly basis. For example, the salary for the 1st quarter (i.e., Jan -Mar) will be paid on or before the 29th of April. However, the LA (which is part of your package) will be paid on monthly basis. ( if Salary is agreed in USD ) We will coordinate with you for availing the visa from Nigerian High Commission. You will be required to make a payment of INR 46,200/-directly to the authorized visa consultant by way of an NEFT transfer. As agreed earlier the company will reimburse the visa fee along with your first months salary. 6 days working 15 Days leave in 6 months.
