Job Description : Senior Manager - Purchase - Raw Material & Packaging Material - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS INDIA - Looking for Strong Sourcing Profile with 7+ Years of Experience in Food Business- BE/BTech + MBA From Premier B Schools is Must. - This position has overall responsibility for the sourcing of Raw Materials/Packaging materials across assigned categories. - Proactively develops and integrates short term/long-term sourcing strategies providing commodity and technological expertise. - Collaborating with other cross-functional teams focused on cost control, process improvements or other specific supply chain initiatives to achieve competitive advantage and improve responsiveness to customer demand - Develops and owns the relationship with commodity suppliers. - Conduct RFIs/RFPs with suppliers - Commercial negotiations and contracting - Implement procurement strategy and policies - Annual Budgeting and Planning CTC can go upto 30 - 35L
