General Manager

Job Description : GM BANGLADESH FOR PBV PLANT OPERATION We are looking for General Manager (PVC Plant Operation) Supervise overall plant operation of PVC polymerization unit, raw material preparation, PVC slurry & stripping section, PVC drying unit, PVC packing section, refrigeration unit, PVC reactor high pressure cleaning, waste water unit, utilities etc Develop a well-organized and effective team where you will play the pivotal role as team leader to achieve the mission of the factory. Ensure total quality of product/manufactured in accordance with strict relevant standard or design and grade. Perform Inspection, QC report analysis, plant parameter analysis, DCS operation and train new engineers. Ensure installation & operational qualification data and performance qualification of machineries and equipment. Oversee security of all men related to production, material of the factory specially from fire, explosion or any malicious damage i.e. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Checkup regular stock position of raw materials and its consumption, maintenance of register machineries and evaluate machine key performance indicator (KPI) schedule. Required Candidate profile Knowledge of PVC technology (preferably Kemone technology, France) Experience in relevant field will be preferably in Kemone technology for PVC resin production Excellent oral and written English communication skill, dynamic leadership, negotiation and planning/budgeting competency backed by understanding of design & detailing is also pre-requisite Excellent knowledge on Auto CAD/different process software, Microsoft office etc. Qualification Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemical Engineering with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.
