Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Industry: Retail CTC: Up to 1 Cr PA Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial management and strategy in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with ERP experience, responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing financial risks, and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes * Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance * Assess and mitigate financial risks * Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives * Collaborate with senior management on strategic decision-making Requirements: * Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred * Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in the retail industry * Strong knowledge of financial management, analysis, and reporting * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
