African experience mandatory Qualification - CA (Complete) mandatory & B.Com The Candidate would be responsible for developing strategic plans for future growth of the organization. Role will be responsible for formulation & implementation of corporate financial strategies. • The Candidate would work as a Business partner with MD and Board and monitor the strategic plans which will have to be converted into Annual Operating Plans aligned with company's long term strategies • Provide critical financial and operational information to the MD and Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. • Oversee the development of annual operating plan and costs management in alignment with company's mission. • Provide necessary support to the management in situations of potential acquisitions, and collaborations with external organizations. • Lead Budget and forecasting process at corporate level. Support Operations planning with accurate financial forecasting. • Analysis of various business initiatives & develop financial strategies based on them. • Analysis and assessment of capital required over the planned period and arranging finances. • Develop and maintain accurate and effective financial statements & effective accounting system. • Oversee internal and external audit procedures and closely monitor day to day financial activities. • Ensure the financial integrity of the company and be fully accountable for the accuracy of the company's financial statements. • Timely reporting of various financial and other business related information that forecasts the company business activity as required by financial regulation both internally and externally. • The Candidate will be required to develop and create broader governance and manage the Compliance and Regulatory issues. • Develop and manage key stakeholder's relationships. This would include the Management, Regulators, large key customers, Suppliers, etc. • Responsible for complete tax planning, tax compliance and monitoring other taxation issues for the company.
