Job Description : Corpoate Head Project Finance UAE Reporting to CFO The successful candidate will have strong project finance experience within M&A with end-to-end execution and hands on experience in leading and managing multiple deals. Responsibilities · Lead financial analysis of financing options and execution of the right approach, with a focus on key variables such as timing and budget. • Develop and maintain relationships with financing parties (tax, equity investors, lenders, project investors and others). • Lead evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities; presenting opportunities to senior management and negotiating all transaction related documentation. · Manage entire execution process and communicate with tax, technical, insurance, legal advisors to ensure due diligence is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. • Work closely with the internal business development, technical, risk and legal teams to consolidate all elements of a project into a viable project financing structure to be financed either stand-alone or as part of a portfolio. - Financial Analysis and Modelling: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and planning processes.Develop financial models using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance business performance and profitability. Analyse financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations. - Business Partnering and Advisory: Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, delivering insights and recommendations to drive financial performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. - Build strong cross-functional relationships to integrate financial goals with company-wide strategies. - Financial Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present accurate, insightful financial reports, including monthly/quarterly performance analyses, variance analyses, and forecasts.Utilize Power BI and PowerPoint to create effective, visually compelling financial presentations for various stakeholders .Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, policies, and procedures. - Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Provide strategic financial insights during planning and budgeting phases. - Work with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of budgets and forecasts.Offer strategic guidance during financial reviews to optimize financial performance. - Requirement MBA or CA or relevant professional certifications preferred
