Job Description : FP & A HEAD MALAYSIA As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our client's operations in Asia. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated FP&A team, developing strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. Yo Involve close collaboration with various departments to deliver actionable business insights that enhance performance and efficiency Develop strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts Align monthly and year-to-date actuals with forecasts, implementing contingency plans as necessary Foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments to deliver actionable business insights Lead capital investment appraisals using financial models for decision-making purposes Support the automation of reporting/forecasting processes Collaborate with the Finance team on accounting, audit, and tax issues The ideal candidate for this Head of Financial Planning and Analysis role will bring a wealth of experience in strategic financial planning and analysis within the retail/FMCG industry. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/Chartered Accountant qualification. At least 15 years of relevant working experience in commercial finance/business analysis within the retail/FMCG industry. Experience managing a regional team locally and remotely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Finance & Accounting software such as SAP and Microsoft Power BI. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Financial Modelling and scenario analysis.
