Finance and Operations Head

Job Description : FINANCE AND OPERATION HEAD TAIWAN ( INDIAN EXPAT) Develop and execute financial planning strategies that align with business objectives. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local regulations and corporate standards. Manage cash flow projections, optimize cash utilization, and ensure sufficient liquidity. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams. At least 12 years solid corporate finance experiences. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience in finance leadership roles within the beauty industry or related consumer goods sector. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
