Job Description : CTO UAE The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role offers the chance to work at the forefront of cryptocurrency mining technology. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the clients mining operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of their crypto mining sites, from ensuring efficient processes to maintaining server performance. Oversee the operations of all mining sites, ensuring efficient and effective mining processes. Work closely with engineering and construction teams to oversee the buildout of all mining sites Maintain servers at all mining sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operation Lead the monitoring team to maintain high uptime and address any issues promptly Identify and mitigate risks associated with mining operations, handling any emergencies that may arise Conduct site due diligence by travelling to various locations to assess their suitability for mining operations Hands-on approach with willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for site due diligence and oversight Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate teams Strong technical background in server maintenance, cryptocurrency mining, and related technologies Ability to work from the Dubai office and travel as needed to oversee operations at mining sites
