Job Description : SCM ZIMBABWE Key Responsibilities: ???? Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. ???? Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. ???? Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers for timely, cost-effective product supply. ???? Manage logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation. ???? Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels. ???? Lead and develop the supply chain team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable college. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain management within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
