10 yearsJob Description : HEAD OF STRATEGY THAILAND As the Head of Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future direction. You will be responsible for facilitating alignment between the Board of Directors' views and the company's vision and mission. Your role will involve monitoring company performance across various entities, proposing investment portfolios, and keeping abreast of global trends. A key part of your role will be overseeing risk management processes, implementing strategies to mitigate risks, developing sustainable development plans, and setting up enterprise information structures. Facilitate and align Board of Directors and CEO’s view for the company’s vision and mission Ensure that Company strategy integrates with the vision and mission Take responsibility for the Company’s business plan Monitor and analyse the Company, subsidiary, and affiliate performance Propose investment portfolio of the Company, subsidiaries, affiliate and other strategic partner collaborations Follow global, regional trends and technology including geopolitical shifts, carbon footprint considerations, law and regulations Oversee and manage the risk management process Implement risk management in accordance with Company strategy, communicate Company risks to all employees to raise awareness of risk factors Develop sustainable development plan and sustainability report Set up the Company’s enterprise information structure The ideal candidate for this Head of Strategy position brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, development, or implementation. With at least 10 years' experience under your belt, you are adept at risk management and process improvement. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively across functions, will be key in this role. As a leader, you are known for your interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork. A good command of English is essential for this role. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any related field Minimum 10 years’ experience with a focus on strategic planning, strategic development or strategic implementation Experience in risk management and process improvement Strong synthesis, analytical skills along with cross functional communication abilities Excellent leadership skills with an emphasis on interpersonal relations and teamwork Good command of English language
