Job Description : YRE PLANT DIRECTOR THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of their operations in Saraburi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to steer, direct, lead, control and manage the factory control index including Safety-Disaster, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Energy and Labour relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety at the workplace while continuously developing and improving production processes to deliver superior quality products. Lead and manage a team of over 1,000 employees Oversee an operating budget Ensure smooth delivery As a Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the direction of our client's operations. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory control index including Safety-Disaster, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Energy and Labour relations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that safety at the workplace is always existing while continuously developing and improving production processes to deliver superior quality products. You will also be tasked with overseeing an operating budget totalling 3,200 million and ensuring smooth delivery of 30,000-40,000 Tires per day. Steer Safety-Disaster and Environment policy including various activities to build up safety awareness for employees. Set and execute an annual plan of the production including production management policy deployment. Steer Quality activity to lead and build up quality awareness for employees. Establish systems, tools, methods, and activities propose for expense, energy, waste and scrap reduction in manufacturing processes. Provide delivery monitoring method in the production lines to be achieved just in time delivery among each section. Oversee and manage the Operating Budget, which totals 3,200 million. The ideal candidate for this Plant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in production management along with a strong educational background in a related field. With over a decade of experience in the industry, you have honed your skills in managing large teams and overseeing complex operations. Your excellent command of English, both written and spoken, will be crucial in this role. You also bring expert knowledge in ISO/IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and OHSAS 18001. Your comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and human rights principles applicable in manufacturing settings will be invaluable. Bachelor’s degree in production management, Industrial management, Engineering or any related field. 10-15 years of experience in production management or any related field with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role. Excellent command of English business level, both written and spoken. Expert knowledge in ISO/IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and OHSAS 18001. Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and human rights principles applicable in manufacturing settings. Experienced in plant management with night shifts.
