Job Description : HEAD FPO (SCM) AGRI/FOOD BUSINESS BANGLORE The FPO head is one of the most critical positions and he / she will be part of the Senior Management Team Preferably worked or deeply understands the agricultural eco-system domain Has worked in Distribution in Tier 3 / 4 cities in the agri domain Has the ability to scale up businesses, both deeper (initially) and wider (eventually) Has the ability to work with the internal technology teams and translate ground level insights into developing technology solutions amongst low income customer groups, thereby having the ability to transform unorganised cash led business into more organised and non-cash based supply chains Has developed and grown distribution systems with the right margin and Working Capital Metrics. Build successful FPO models in select markets and then expand to other areas Find innovative ways of incentivising farmers to sell to FPO's Salary: INR 35,00,000 - 90,00,000 PA.
