Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO AUSTRALIA We welcome international candidatures for a leading food manufacturing business in Melbourne. Revenue circa $100m+. The CFO will serve as a key business partner to the CEO and provide strategic guidance as a key member of the Executive Leadership team. The CFO will play a key strategic role in the overall management and direction of the business and is responsible for developing and leading a high performing finance and IT team. The CFO will have a strong track record in food/FMCG manufacturing, be CA/CPA qualified, and have proven experience business partnering at a senior level. He/she will be comfortable presenting to Boards, leading cross functional teams, and delivering on dynamic budgeting and growth plans. The CFO will lead reporting, audit, tax, treasury, foreign exchange, and lead relationships with banks and lenders. Partner closely with the MD and leadership team to optimise the financial performance of the Company and deliver the strategic plan. Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO Support the financial planning and analysis efforts Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits Prepare financial statements and reports Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Capable and willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced, lean environment. Manage relationships with banks & lenders Strong finance-based analytical skills CA / CPA qualified with at least 30 years post-qualification experience and more than five years in a senior financial management role.
