You will have a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to “see beyond the numbers”. People leadership experience, energy and resilience are critical. The Chief Financial Officer will have the following capability and experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience as a CFO Chartered Accountant or equivalent High degree of technical capability and commercial acumen Finance management experience and cost improvement Proven understanding of treasury, debt and bank relations Preferred complex shareholder or listed environments Expertise building a strong and capable team.
