Job Description : GM BEVERAGES KSA leading manufacturer of soft drinks, energy drinks, malt drinks and fruit juices in Saudi Arabia established in 2005. Job Description Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Monitor financial performance and make sure the company remains profitable. Oversee various aspects of the company's operations, including project management, business development, finance, human resources, and administration. Represent the company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms. Develop and maintain research and development programs to ensure that the company remains at the forefront in the industry, applies the most cost-effective methods and approaches, provides leading-edge products and services and retains its competitive edge. The Successful Applicant Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field. 20+ years of experience in large, multinational companies. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) when interacting with staff, middle and upper management, and customers (Local and International) Thorough understanding of overall businesses operations Excellent management and analytical skills.
