Accounts and Finance Manager 
12 yearsJob Description : Manager Finance & Accounts OMAN Overview: - Finance and Accounting Head for Techno companies; responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations related to the lift and other contracting businesses. - This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the lift and other contracting business. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections. 2. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance. 3. Cost Management : - To Monitor and control costs related to business operations, including maintenance, repairs, and overhead expenses. - Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. 4. Fund Flow Management: - Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and future investments. - Implement cash flow forecasting and monitoring systems. - Optimize working capital management strategies. 5. Financial Compliance: - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance. - Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards. 6. Team Management: - Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team. - Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. - Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. 7. Corporate Tax and VAT related Compliance: - Ensure Compliance with Corporate Tax and VAT related returns timelines. - Coordinate with Tax Authority to facilitate VAT and Tax assessment on time. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Chartered Accountant or CA Intermediate preferred. - Proven experience 12-15 years in finance and accounting roles, with specific minimum 5 experience in lift or contracting business. - In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Have in dept knowledge and working experience in Tally Software. - Advanced computer skills on MS Office - Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
