Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer– South Eastern Europe EXPAT requirement Experience: 18-25 years Qualification: Preferably MBA • Develop and execute strategies to achieve traffic growth vide new market & route development. Position the destination as a preferred market for scheduled, charter and cargo carriers • Develop commercial plans, business models, and leasing options that delivers revenue targets across aero, aero related and non aero revenue streams • Finalize and secure approval for aero pricing as per strategy to achieve IRR as per business plan • Engagement with stakeholders, onboard reputed operators & brands and other initiatives to build a positive perception of the new airport amongst visitors • Preparation, implementation and monitoring of robust commercial SOP’s SLA’s pricing strategy and other governance to ensure target ASQ / Skytrax and other internal targets for customer satisfaction score •Understanding of regulation and enablement of robust governance to monitor adherence – especially in areas of aero related businesses •Enablement of technology and innovative concepts, deployment which will position the venue as a customer centric airport and a thought leader in the region •Achieve Sales and Revenue targets as well as any other Key Commercial Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as per plan approved by the airport management. •Conduct periodic consumer researches that determine passenger travel and shopping behavior in order to effectively plan offerings at the airport • Provide thought leadership by representing the airport/company at various relevant international forums like Airline Routes Conference, Moodies and TWFA. • Build community relationships that strengthen the interdependencies between the Airport Operator, Airport Stakeholders, Airport Customers and Local community to increase sense of belonging •Support in finalizing an efficient connectivity strategy that will support seamless commute of concessionaire as well as airport staff community to the airport
