Senior Tax Manager

Job Description : SENIOR TAX MANAGER SINGAPORE a leading manufacturer in by products and is a major supplier in the Asia Market. Due to business continuity needs, they are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead the regional team and support the company's growth plans. As the head of the business unit, you will be reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax, responsible for all tax functions within AMEA region, including compliance, advisory, transfer pricing, tax optimisation etc. You will be instrumental in supporting expansion plans into new markets, providing strategic tax advice for M&A projects. With the opportunity to lead cross border related projects, your goal is to ensure efficient tax structure for the region and is on top of ongoing policy and regulatory changes. You will oversee annual statutory requirements, lead the annual tax budget and provision exercise. Through proper tax planning and structuring, you will identify opportunities of cost savings for the business. Ideally, you are an Accountancy Degree holder with more than 10 years of working experience in the tax discipline. Individuals who have begun their career with a professional accounting firm as a tax professional before gaining commercial experience within the manufacturing space will be highly advantageous. You have good experience across all tax functions, both locally and regionally, you display good learning agility to manage new markets. You are confident in communication, able to negotiate with external and internal stakeholders effectively. You would have managed a team, display collaborative styles in order to excel in the role.
