Job Description : MANUFACTURING MANAGER DUBAI Manufacturing Manager Responsible for the manufacturing out of sheet metal raw material, the components as Cable Trays, Cable Ladders, Cable Trunkings & Strut framing systems within the production units in UAE & KSA through different processes of Punching, Bending, Forming & Welding through integrated process or line production which includes people management and budgetary/cost reporting. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES The manufacturing manager will be pivotal in the production process of the company's product lines. He will drive efficiency and ensure products reach the Customers on time. He will be vital in orchestrating manufacturing operations, developing strategies to improve productivity and overseeing the production line. Manufacturing manager will oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facilities. He will coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the CMS production processes. Manufacturing managers will be responsible to run both UAE & KSA plants. Manufacturing manager will aim to not only understand existing systems but also to innovate and develop new methodologies that lead to more efficient production lines and higher quality outputs. Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Full accountability for customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met. Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams. Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes. The position is goal oriented to inspire the employees, guide team members, direct production operations in UAE & KSA, and lead PSI to achieve its objectives successfully. The manufacturing manager will be critical to running the production facilities in UAE & KSA to ensure that equipments & processes perform efficiently, operations are safe, targeted production volumes are achieved, and quality is assured. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facilities, coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the production processes to achieve the company goals. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS: Degree in Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 20 years of Extensive plant level experience in a cable Management production organization or Sheet Metal production organization with significant proven supervisory experience of minimum 10 years in a similar Capacity. Technical understanding. Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, lean manufacturing. Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing Understanding of manufacturing and procurement and supply chain. Understanding & implementation of OSHAS. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience. MANUFACTURING MANAGER REQUIREMENT AGE Between 40 - 45 years. INDUSTRY Manufacturing of Products in a CMS or Sheet Metal Industry. VISA EXPENSES To be paid by the company. TRANSPORTATION A Company Maintained Car. ACCOMODATION To Be Paid by the Employee CONTRACT Renewable two-year contract. YEARLY VACATION After the completion of 12 months, the employee gets 30 days paid leave. AIRFARE The company will pay to & fro airfare to the country of origin for the employee in an economy class. INSURANCE Health Insurance will be paid for the employee.
