Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI FOR CNC MILLING UNIT 15+ years experience Responsible for reviewing demand planning of capacity, capability, on time orders, commitments, forecasting and maintaining healthy order book. Daily in-depth monitoring of manufacturing and reduce manufacturing time of components. Knowledge/ Experience working in CNC Machines, Turning/ Milling programme knowledge. Milling 4th/5th axis concepts knowledge. Production Planning Daily/ Weekly/Monthly. Managing production and manufacturing team. Knowledge of oil and parts, API parts etc. Constantly improving customer satisfaction, quality, cost, capacity, capability, lead time, on time delivery. Execution of development plans. Ensure & Direct maintenance of operational excellence & quality management system (API, ISO) Driven positive employee motivation to create positive work culture and organized employee recognition programme. & responsibilities Manufacturing Plant Management Product Quality Management Operation Excellence Communication Constant Improvement Operational Efficiency Business Planning
