Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER GHANA Operations Manager - Commercial Printing & Flexible Packaging to join their Ghana team. is at the forefront of Ghana's industry, producing commercial printing & flexible packaging for the local and wider African market. This is an incredible opportunity to join an established and trusted brand and take up residence in the historic West African city of Accra. The purpose of the role is to drive the commercial performance of the operations through strategic and operational improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing operations in commercial printing and flexible packaging locations across Ghana. They will also develop and monitor the success of strategies and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager, specifically with experience as a General Manager in commercial printing and flexible packaging. Experience in change leadership, with the ability to drive performance and operational excellence, is essential.
