Job Description : Supermarket Manager to lead our supermarket in the Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, staff, inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, inventory, and cash handling. Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Maximize sales and profitability, while controlling expenses. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Proven supermarket or retail management experience, preferably in DRC. Strong leadership and communication skills in French and English. Understanding of retail operations and financial analysis.
