Job Description : CFO THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in driving the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth. As a CFO, you will be at the heart of our client's financial operations. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Oversee the accounting and finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and projections to the executive team and board of directors. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as local tax laws and reporting requirements. Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, cost optimisation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate for the CFO role will bring a wealth of experience in senior finance leadership, preferably within the manufacturing or recycling industry. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or recycling industry. Strong knowledge of Thai accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, strategic decision-making. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong business acumen with a focus on driving financial performance and growth. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
